Provider Disclosures
Third-party provider roles, availability, and responsibilities.
Amy integrates third-party providers to deliver certain features.
This page explains which providers Amy works with or plans to work with, what each provider does, and what that means for you.
Amy On Bera Ltd is a UK software company. Amy provides the interface, routing, dashboards, education and reporting. Where enabled, providers listed here handle regulated or licensed services — such as payment processing, KYC, settlement and compliance.
Amy does not operate, control or guarantee the services provided by any third party. Each provider operates under its own terms, fees and regulatory framework.
1. Current and planned providers
MoonPay (integration in progress)
MoonPay provides fiat-to-crypto on-ramp and off-ramp services and may operate through regulated entities depending on the user's country and product used.
Once integrated, MoonPay may power the following Amy features where enabled:
Get Paid (wallet)
When someone pays a payment request you created, they complete payment through a supported provider flow. The supported asset is sent to the recipient wallet shown in the payment request, subject to provider approval and availability.
Top Up — where enabled
You may be able to purchase supported crypto assets, such as USDC, through a supported provider to fund your wallet for sending payments or other onchain activity.
What the provider handles where enabled:
- KYC and identity verification
- Anti-money-laundering and sanctions screening
- Payment processing, including supported cards, wallets or bank-transfer methods depending on region
- Currency conversion between supported fiat currencies and supported crypto assets
- Settlement to the recipient wallet
- Transaction limits and restrictions by user, payment method, asset and region
- Disputes and chargebacks where applicable
- Compliance with relevant regulations in the countries it serves
What Amy provides:
- The request page and payment flow interface
- Routing to the appropriate provider based on the user's chosen method
- Dashboard views showing transaction history
- Reporting and activity tracking
- Education and guidance about how the feature works
Fee structure:
Where enabled, the provider charges a fee on each transaction. The fee varies depending on the payment method, currency and amount. The fee is shown to you before you confirm a transaction.
The provider also applies a foreign exchange rate for converting your payment currency to USDC.
Amy may earn a small service fee on certain transactions. Where applicable, this is shown as part of the fee breakdown before you confirm.
Important:
Where enabled, the provider is the provider of record for the payment service. Your transaction is with the provider, not Amy.
The provider's own terms of service, privacy policy and fee schedule apply to your use of its service.
The provider's availability, supported countries, payment methods and fees may change over time.
Amy does not control the provider's decisions on KYC outcomes, transaction approvals, limits or restrictions.

2. Fiat payment provider (planned)
Amy plans to add a fiat payment provider to support receiving payments directly to a bank account.
Once confirmed, this section will be updated with the provider's details, supported currencies, countries and fee structure.
3. How provider fees work
Where a feature involves a third-party provider, you may pay:
Provider fees — charged by the provider for their service (e.g. transaction fees and exchange rate spreads)
Amy service fee — where applicable, Amy may add a small service fee for the interface, routing and dashboard features
Both fees are disclosed before you confirm a transaction. You will always see the total cost and the net amount you will receive before proceeding.
4. KYC and verification
Where enabled, providers may require you to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing certain transactions. This is handled directly between you and the provider.
Amy does not receive, store or process your KYC documents or identity data.
What Amy may receive from the provider, if applicable, is a verification status indicator (e.g. "verified" or "not verified") so the app can show you whether the feature is available to you.
5. Supported countries and currencies
Amy is currently operated from the United Kingdom and is initially focused on UK users, with selected features available in other countries depending on provider support.
Provider availability depends on the provider's own supported countries and currencies. Check the provider's website for current availability.
6. Provider relationship language
Amy may list providers it works with or plans to work with to deliver features through the app.
References to providers on this page and elsewhere in the app mean Amy has integrated or plans to integrate the provider's service into the app interface. They do not mean:
Amy endorses the provider's products or services beyond what is described
The provider endorses Amy
There is a formal partnership, joint venture or exclusive arrangement unless explicitly stated otherwise
7. Changes to providers
Amy may add, change or remove providers over time.
If a provider is removed, existing transactions already in progress will still be handled by the provider according to its terms. New transactions will not be routed through that provider.
Amy will update this page when there are material changes to the providers listed.
8. Questions
If you have questions about a specific provider, contact them directly through their support channels.
