1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Amy, a consumer web app operated by Amy On Bera Ltd ("Amy," "we," "us" or "our").
By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility
You may use Amy only if:
You are at least 18 years old
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
You are not located in a country where use of Amy or its integrated providers is prohibited by law or sanctions
Your use of the app complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
3. Account registration
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- All activity that occurs under your account
- You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
- You may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of bypassing limits, abusing rewards or misleading the system.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Amy only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
Use the app for any fraudulent, deceptive or illegal activity
Attempt to manipulate rewards, points, badges, raffles or leaderboards through automated means, multiple accounts or other abuse
Interfere with the app's operation, security or infrastructure
Reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with the app
Use the app to send spam, phishing messages or other harmful communications
Violate any applicable law or regulation
5. Amy Points
Amy Points are in-app rewards used inside Amy.
They have no cash value. They are not transferable, tradeable, withdrawable or redeemable for money or crypto. They are not a token, currency, security, crypto-asset or financial instrument.
Amy Points cannot be purchased. They may be earned, spent, adjusted or removed in accordance with the rules described in the app and docs.
Amy reserves the right to adjust point balances, reward rates or eligibility criteria where reasonably needed — for example, to correct errors, prevent abuse or improve the system.
6. Raffles
Where raffles are active and available, they are a community rewards feature. Users redeem Amy Points — earned through app participation — for entries into promotional prize draws.
There is no purchase required to enter raffles. No purchase of AMY, Amy Points or any Amy product is required.
Raffle rules are posted with each raffle. By entering, you agree to those rules.
There is no guaranteed outcome. Redeeming Amy Points for raffle entries does not guarantee a prize. Raffle participation is not an investment, a savings product, a financial service or a commercial gambling product.
Winners are selected according to the published rules. Raffle entries are final once confirmed.
Amy reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel a raffle where reasonably necessary, including where required by law, where there is a material technical or data error, or where abuse or fraudulent activity is detected.
7. Access programmes
Access programmes listed in the app may involve third-party partners, protocols or access providers. Amy provides the eligibility, education, interface, tracking and reporting layer.
Amy does not guarantee access, outcomes, returns or benefits from participation in any access programme.
Each programme has its own terms, eligibility criteria and risk profile. By participating, you agree to the programme's own terms in addition to these Terms.
8. Third-party providers
Some features rely on third-party providers where enabled, including provider-powered on-ramp, off-ramp, payment, KYC, compliance and settlement services.
When you use a provider-powered feature, you are subject to that provider's terms, fees and policies in addition to these Terms.
Amy is not responsible for:
- The provider's actions, omissions, errors or decisions
- The provider's fees, which may change over time
- The provider's KYC, AML or sanctions compliance decisions
- Any loss or damage arising from your use of a third-party provider
9. Payment and transactions
Where payment features are enabled, Amy provides the interface and routing. The actual payment processing, KYC and settlement are handled by the relevant third-party provider.
Amy does not:
- Process payments directly
- Custody or control user funds
- Execute trades, provide exchange services or operate a trading platform
- Move assets without user instruction
- Guarantee transaction completion, timing or outcome
10. Fees
Creating an Amy account and using most features is free.
Some features involve fees charged by third-party providers. Amy may also add a small service fee on certain transactions where applicable.
All fees are disclosed before you confirm the transaction. You will always see the total cost and net amount before proceeding.
11. Intellectual property
Amy On Bera Ltd owns all rights, title and interest in the Amy app, including its software, design, branding, content and documentation.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from the Amy app or its content without our prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in Amy.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Amy if:
You breach these Terms
Your conduct could cause harm to Amy, other users or third parties
We are required to do so by law
We decide to discontinue the service (with reasonable notice where practicable)
You may stop using Amy at any time. If you wish to close your account, contact us at theteam@amyonbera.com.
Upon termination, your right to use Amy ends immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability and dispute resolution.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Amy On Bera Ltd is not liable for:
Any loss, damage or claim arising from your use of third-party providers integrated through the app
Any loss of access to your wallet, loss of private keys, or unauthorised access to your accounts
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary losses
Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or crypto assets
Any loss resulting from market volatility, network congestion, blockchain issues or regulatory changes
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Amy is limited to:
The total fees you have paid to Amy in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or
GBP 100, whichever is greater
This limitation of liability applies whether the claim is in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Amy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We encourage you to contact us at theteam@amyonbera.com first to resolve any issue before pursuing legal action.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the app or by email.
Your continued use of Amy after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with changes, you should stop using the app and close your account.
