Amy helps you track rewards, explore access opportunities and request payments through third-party providers.
This page explains the risks, boundaries and disclaimers you should understand before using the app.
Amy On Bera Ltd is a UK software company. Amy provides the interface, dashboards, account tools, rewards systems, education, access workflows, request pages, routing and reporting. Amy is not a bank, exchange, broker, custodian, lender, investment manager or financial adviser.
1. Amy is the software layer, not the provider
Amy provides the interface, routing and dashboard for certain features.
Where a feature involves payments, on-ramp transactions, KYC or settlement, you are interacting directly with the relevant third-party provider.
Amy does not:
- Process, custody or control customer funds
- Execute trades or move assets without user instruction
- Provide financial, investment or legal advice
- Guarantee outcomes from partner products, access programmes or raffles
2. No custodial relationship
Amy does not hold, control or custody your funds at any point.
Where a payment feature is enabled, funds you receive are held by the third-party provider or settle directly to your wallet or bank account. They are not held by Amy.
Your connected wallet is separate from Amy. Amy cannot access, move or control assets in your wallet.
3. Third-party provider risk
Features that involve payments, on-ramp transactions or KYC rely on third-party providers where enabled.
These providers operate under their own licences, terms, fees and regulatory obligations. They handle:
- KYC and identity verification
- Anti-money-laundering and sanctions screening
- Payment processing and settlement
- Disputes and chargebacks
- Country and currency availability
Amy does not control these providers or their decisions. If a provider declines a transaction, delays a settlement, changes its fees or suspends service in your country, that is a provider-level decision, not an Amy decision.
Each provider's terms and policies apply to your use of their service. You should review them.
4. Payment and transaction risk
Where a payment feature is enabled, when you request or send a payment through Amy, the transaction is executed by the relevant third-party provider. Amy provides the request page and routing but does not process the payment itself.
Risks include:
- The provider may decline a transaction based on its own KYC, AML or sanctions checks
- Settlement times depend on the provider, the payment method and the receiving country
- The provider may charge fees that change over time
- Cross-border or cross-currency transactions may involve additional fees, delays or restrictions
- The provider may be unavailable in your country or for your chosen currency
5. Crypto and wallet risk
If you use features that involve crypto assets — such as receiving USDC to your wallet — you should understand the risks associated with crypto assets generally:
- Crypto asset values can fluctuate significantly
- Crypto assets are not covered by UK deposit protection or the FSCS
- Transactions on public blockchains are generally irreversible once confirmed
- Loss of private keys or seed phrases means loss of access to your wallet and its assets
- Network congestion or blockchain issues can delay transactions
- You are responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys
Providers may also apply their own checks, limits and fees for crypto-related transactions.
6. AMY token risk
AMY is a community and software utility token used within the Amy app. Based on its current design and intended use, AMY is intended to function as a software utility/access token for Amy features such as holder levels, hourly Points eligibility, badge multiplier activation, leaderboard visibility and referral code activation.
Under the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA), AMY is intended to function as a utility token — a crypto-asset providing digital access to a software service — rather than an asset-referenced token, e-money token or financial instrument.
AMY can fluctuate in value, and there is no guarantee of future value, liquidity, utility, market support or continued feature availability.
AMY does not provide:
- A share or equity in Amy On Bera Ltd
- A right to revenue, profit, dividends or company assets
- A right to redemption, repayment right or claim against Amy On Bera Ltd
- A guaranteed reward, return, yield or price appreciation
- Formal governance control over Amy On Bera Ltd
Holding AMY may unlock app features as described in the app and docs, but it does not create any ownership, investment or financial claim.
Amy On Bera Ltd does not provide crypto-asset custody, operate a trading platform, execute orders on behalf of users, provide crypto-asset portfolio management or provide crypto-asset investment advice.
7. Amy Points are not financial assets
Amy Points are in-app rewards used inside Amy. They are not a token, currency, security, crypto-asset or financial instrument.
Amy Points cannot be purchased, transferred, traded, sold, withdrawn or redeemed for money or crypto.
They have no cash value. They are used only inside Amy for supported in-app features such as profile customisation and raffles.
Treating Amy Points as an investment or expecting financial returns from them is incorrect.
8. Raffles
Where raffles are active, they are a community rewards feature. Users redeem Amy Points — earned through app participation — for entries into promotional prize draws.
There is no purchase required to enter raffles. No purchase of AMY, Amy Points or any Amy product is required. Amy Points are earned through eligible Amy activity, such as quests, referrals, check-ins, hourly earning and other reward features where available.
Amy Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, traded, sold, withdrawn or redeemed for money or crypto.
There is no guaranteed outcome. Redeeming Amy Points for raffle entries does not guarantee a prize.
Raffles are not an investment, a savings product, a financial service or a commercial gambling product. Raffles are separate from third-party payment, on-ramp and provider services.
9. Earnings and rewards are not guaranteed
Rewards, points, badge progress and leaderboard positions depend on app activity, participation and the rules in effect at the time.
Amy reserves the right to adjust reward rates, rules, eligibility criteria, point balances or leaderboard calculations where reasonably needed — for example, to correct errors, prevent abuse or improve the system.
App features, reward mechanics and programme availability may change over time.
10. Access programmes involve third parties
Access programmes listed in the app may involve third-party partners, protocols or access providers.
Amy provides the eligibility, education, interface, tracking and reporting layer. The third party provides the underlying product, opportunity or access route.
Amy does not:
- Guarantee access to any programme
- Guarantee any outcome, return or benefit from participation
- Provide advice on whether to participate in any programme
Each programme has its own terms, eligibility criteria and risk profile. You should review them before participating.
11. No fiduciary or advisory relationship
Amy does not have a fiduciary relationship with you. Amy does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
You are responsible for your own decisions, including:
- Whether to use any feature in the app
- Whether to participate in any access programme
- Whether to hold, buy or sell any crypto assets
- Whether to accept or send any payment request
If you need advice, consult a qualified professional.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Amy On Bera Ltd is not liable for any loss, damage or claim arising from your use of third-party providers integrated through the app
Amy On Bera Ltd is not liable for any loss of access to your wallet, loss of private keys, or unauthorised access to your accounts
Amy On Bera Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses

Simple rule
Amy is the software. Providers handle the regulated parts. You are in control of your wallet, your decisions and your participation.
