Everything you need to know about referring others to Amy.
Referrals let you invite others to join Amy. When someone signs up using your referral code and completes the required steps, the new user receives a signup bonus and you can earn referral Points.
Referrals are designed to reward bringing genuinely active users into Amy, not temporary or artificial account activity.
1. What referrals are
Referrals are an invitation system inside Amy. When you refer someone who creates an Amy account and becomes active, both of you can earn Amy Points.
The intended flow is:
- You share your referral code
- A new user signs up using your code
- They verify their email
- They reach Bronze level and remain eligible
- Rewards are issued to both parties
- Referral rewards are separate from Quests, hourly earning and Daily Check-In.
Simple rule
Share your referral code. New users who become active earn points for both of you.
2. Who can refer
To refer others to Amy, you normally need:
- an Amy account
- a connected wallet
- a verified email
- Bronze level or higher
Bronze level is required to activate your own referral code. Once assigned, the referral code remains attached to your account.
If you drop below Bronze, the code remains assigned, but new referrals do not activate and referral rewards are not earned until Bronze is restored.
3. Current referral rewards
The current referral reward structure is:
The referrer receives:
- 50 Amy Points when the referred user signs up using their code and verifies their email
- 450 Amy Points when the referred user becomes an active Bronze user
The referred user receives:
- 1,000 Amy Points upon completing the required signup step
4. How referral codes work
When you join Amy, you can enter an existing user's referral code.
Entering a referral code is a one-time action per wallet. You cannot normally change your referral code later.
If you hold Bronze level or higher, you can activate your own referral code to share with others.
A wallet cannot refer itself.
5. Active referral reward and confirmation period
You receive 50 Amy Points when your referral signs up using your code and verifies their email. You receive a further 450 Amy Points when your referral reaches Bronze and remains eligible for a 24-hour confirmation period.
The confirmation period helps Amy reward genuine active referrals rather than temporary wallet activity.
To qualify for the 450-point reward, the referred wallet must:
- reach Bronze level
- remain an active Bronze user through the 24-hour confirmation period
- If the referred wallet drops below Bronze during the confirmation period, the confirmation period resets. A new 24-hour confirmation period begins when Bronze is restored.
- Rewards remain subject to eligibility and anti-abuse checks.
6. What the referrer sees
Stage 1 — Waiting for Bronze
- 50 points earned. Waiting for your referral to reach Bronze level.
Stage 2 — Confirmation period active
- 450 points pending. Your referral has reached Bronze. The reward will be confirmed after they remain eligible for 24 hours.
Stage 3 — Bronze lost during confirmation period
- 450 points pending. Your referral must return to Bronze before a new 24-hour confirmation period can begin.
Stage 4 — Reward issued
- 450 points awarded. Your referral is now active.
7. Referral reward rules
Referral rewards are credited as Amy Points. They become part of your normal Amy Points balance and can be saved or spent in the same way as points earned through other methods.
Referral rewards do not provide:
- cash
- transferable tokens
- company ownership
- guaranteed access
- guaranteed future benefits
Completing a referral does not:
- increase your AMY holder tier
- activate multiplier badges
- guarantee leaderboard visibility
- create any financial entitlement
Simple rule
Referral rewards are Amy Points. They work like any other points in your balance.
8. Points after completion
Once a legitimate referral reward is credited, it normally remains in your Amy Points balance.
However, Amy may remove or correct referral points where:
- the referral activity appears artificial or manipulated
- duplicate or linked accounts were involved
- the same AMY was moved between multiple referred wallets
- a technical issue caused an incorrect reward
- the referral was obtained through abuse
9. Reviews, corrections and abuse
Amy may use automated checks, account-linking rules, manual review and other controls to protect the referral system.
Referral activity may be reviewed where it appears:
- duplicated
- automated
- linked to multiple accounts
- designed to farm rewards
- inconsistent with genuine user behaviour
Amy does not publish every anti-abuse rule or detection method. Referral rewards may be delayed, corrected, withheld or removed where needed to protect the system.
Simple rule
Referrals are for bringing genuine active users to Amy. Amy may correct rewards where the system is abused.
10. Account and wallet rules
Referral rewards are tied to the wallet and account you use with Amy. If you change wallets, referral rewards do not automatically move to the new wallet.
Each connected identity should normally be linked to one Amy account. A wallet cannot refer itself.
Never share seed phrases or private keys as part of a referral.
11. Quick examples
Example 1
Successful referral. You share your referral code with a friend. They sign up, verify their email, and you receive 50 Amy Points. Your friend receives 1,000 Amy Points. Over the following weeks, your friend builds activity and reaches Bronze level. They remain eligible for 24 hours. You receive 450 Amy Points. Your friend is now an active Bronze user.
Example 2
Referral remains a Lite user. Your friend signs up using your code and verifies their email. You receive 50 Amy Points. Your friend does not reach Bronze level. You do not receive the 450-point reward. Your friend keeps the 1,000-point new user bonus and can continue using Amy as a Lite user.
Example 3
Bronze lost during confirmation period. Your referral reaches Bronze and the 24-hour confirmation period begins. After 12 hours, their AMY balance drops below Bronze. The confirmation period resets. Your referral restores Bronze two days later. A new 24-hour confirmation period begins. Once it completes, you receive the 450-point reward.
Example 4
Self-referral not allowed. You attempt to use your own referral code through another wallet or linked account. If the activity is identified as a self-referral, the referral reward is not issued and any related Points may be corrected or removed.
