Everything you need to know about Amy Score.
Amy Score is a wallet-based activity score inside Amy. It reflects your supported activity through Amy, your broader onchain participation and your consistency over time.
Your score helps Amy determine which additional features, partner routes and supported options may be available to your account.
Amy Score is not a credit score, financial suitability assessment or investment recommendation.
1. What Amy Score is
Amy Score is a participation and activity signal linked to your connected Amy wallet. It gives one clearer view of recognised activity across:
- supported Amy features
- supported strategies and routes
- wider onchain participation
- consistency over time
Amy Score is designed to recognise sustained activity rather than one isolated transaction or wallet balance. Your score can help determine whether additional routes or account features are available to you, but it does not guarantee access to any provider, product, allocation or route.
Simple rule
Amy Score reflects supported activity and helps determine what your account may qualify for.
2. Who can receive an Amy Score
You must reach Bronze level before your wallet becomes eligible for Amy Score reviews. Bronze currently requires at least 300 AMY in your connected wallet. The live app shows the current Bronze requirement.
A Light User who has not reached Bronze level:
- does not receive an Amy Score
- is not included in scoring updates
- cannot open new Score-gated routes
- can still use the Amy features available to Light Users
Once your wallet reaches Bronze level, it can become eligible for scoring during the next scheduled update.
Simple rule
Unlock Bronze level before Amy can generate your score.
3. How Amy Score is built
Amy Score considers a combination of recognised activity signals. These include:
- supported activity through Amy
- recognised strategy and route participation
- broader onchain participation
- consistency over time
The score is not based on one single balance, transaction or platform action. Holding a large balance alone does not automatically create a high score. Completing one high-value transaction does not automatically create a high score. The system is intended to recognise a broader pattern of sustained participation.
Amy does not publish the exact score formula. Publishing the full weighting would make the system easier to manipulate and would reduce its value as an activity signal.
Simple rule
Amy Score looks at the broader pattern, not one isolated action.
4. Amy activity and broader onchain participation
Amy Score uses two broad groups of signals.
Supported Amy activity may include recognised activity involving Amy features, strategies, routes or supported products. Examples may include supported Earn positions, activity through recognised Amy interfaces, participation in supported routes, AMY-related onchain activity and other recognised product usage.
Broader onchain participation considers the wider history of the connected wallet. This helps distinguish an established and consistently active wallet from one created or funded only for a single action.
Amy Score does not assess your personal finances, income, creditworthiness or ability to absorb financial loss.
5. When scores are created and updated
Amy Score uses two different update schedules.
New eligible users. Newly eligible Bronze-level accounts are reviewed during the weekly scoring update. The Score page shows the next scheduled update clearly. For example:
Next scoring update
Monday, 15 June
If you reach Bronze level after the weekly update has already run, you may need to wait until the following weekly update. Score-gated routes remain unavailable until your first score has been assigned.
Existing scores. Once your first Amy Score has been created, that score normally remains fixed for the rest of the current scoring period. Existing scores are refreshed monthly. Activity completed after your score is created can contribute to a future monthly score, but it does not normally change your current score immediately.
The Score page shows your current score, the date it was last updated and the date of your next monthly review.
Simple rule
New eligible users can receive a score weekly. Existing scores normally refresh monthly.
6. What your score can unlock
Amy Score can make additional features, partner routes and supported options available to your account. Each route can have its own required Amy Score, provider, capacity, availability, supported countries, account requirements, product terms and additional eligibility checks.
The Score page compares your current score with the requirement for each listed route.
Current thresholds may change as routes, capacity and provider requirements develop. Meeting a score threshold does not guarantee access. The underlying provider may still apply its own requirements, restrictions or capacity limits.
Simple rule
Your score can unlock the route, but each provider still controls its own terms and availability.
7. Current routes
8. Opening a new route
To open a new Score-gated route, your account normally needs:
- an active Amy account
- Bronze level or higher
- a current Amy Score
- a score that meets the route requirement
- any additional provider or route requirements
- Bronze level is checked when you try to enter a new route. This means a previously generated Amy Score alone may not be enough — you must also have an active Bronze-level account when making the new entry.
- Some routes may also depend on available capacity, country or provider support, wallet eligibility, provider approval, minimum or maximum amounts, or timing or campaign availability.
9. Falling below Bronze level
Your AMY balance may later fall below the Bronze threshold. If this happens:
- hourly Amy Points earning pauses
- your current Amy Score can remain visible for the current scoring period
- existing routes, requests and positions remain accessible and manageable
- withdrawals and exits remain available according to the route terms
- you cannot open a new Score-gated route until Bronze level is restored
If your account remains below Bronze at the next monthly review, your previous score may be shown as expired until Bronze level is restored and a new score is generated.
Simple rule
Dropping below Bronze does not trap existing positions, but it prevents new Score-gated entries.
10. Your active routes
Any positions, requests or allocations opened through Score-eligible routes appear in Your active routes. This section may show active positions, submitted requests, confirmed allocations, current values, route status, provider information, withdrawal or exit actions, and relevant dates or lock periods.
Your active routes remain manageable even if your score later changes, the route threshold changes, your account falls below Bronze, or the route stops accepting new users. Your position continues to be governed by the applicable route and provider terms, including any provisions covering changes, withdrawals, exits or closure.
11. Amy's role
Amy provides the consumer interface and supporting workflow. Depending on the route, Amy may provide account eligibility display, Amy Score display, route discovery, provider and product information, request or access workflows, position dashboards, status reporting and educational guidance.
The underlying provider controls the actual product or route. Providers may control product operation, custody or safeguarding arrangements, settlement, deposits and withdrawals, pricing, capacity, eligibility, rewards, fees, product risks and underlying terms.
Amy does not guarantee provider approval, availability, yield, returns, liquidity or financial outcomes.
12. Score changes, missing scores and corrections
Amy Score may change as your supported activity develops, your onchain activity changes, new data becomes available, the scoring period changes, supported products or signals are updated, or errors or delayed data are corrected.
Scores may also be corrected where wallet data was incomplete, a supported position was recorded incorrectly, duplicate activity was counted, provider data was delayed, a technical issue affected the result, or activity appeared artificial or manipulative.
Amy may refine the scoring method as supported products, routes and recognised activity signals develop. Changes are intended to keep Amy Score useful, consistent and resistant to manipulation.
If your score appears missing or incorrect, first check:
- your connected wallet is correct
- your email is verified
- your wallet currently qualifies for Bronze level
- the next weekly or monthly scoring update has taken place
- your supported activity appears correctly inside Amy
If the issue remains after the scheduled update, contact Amy support. Useful information to provide includes your wallet address, your current Bronze status, the score shown, the date of the last update, relevant transaction or position links, screenshots and a clear description of the issue.
Never share seed phrases or private keys.
13. Amy Score and the Conviction badge
Your monthly Amy Score determines the Conviction multiplier assigned for the following month.
Your activity during the current scoring period determines your Conviction multiplier for the following month. Once assigned, the Conviction badge remains active for the full month and contributes to your Amy Points multiplier.
Current Conviction thresholds:
Only the highest unlocked multiplier applies.
Amy Score and the Conviction badge are connected but serve different purposes. Amy Score is the underlying activity signal. The Conviction badge is the visible monthly badge and multiplier produced from that score.
The full badge and multiplier rules are explained on the Badges page.
Simple rule
Your monthly Amy Score directly determines your Conviction multiplier for the following month.
14. Quick examples
Example 1
Light User. You create an Amy account and verify your email. Your wallet does not hold enough AMY to reach Bronze level. You remain a Light User. You do not receive an Amy Score and cannot enter Score-gated routes. You can still use the Amy features available to Light Users.
Example 2
New Bronze user. You reach Bronze level on Wednesday. The weekly scoring update runs every Monday. Your Score page shows "Your first score is being prepared. Next scoring update: Monday." Your score is generated during the next eligible update.
Example 3
Score unlocks one route. Your Amy Score is 41. The jnrUSD Pooled Route requires 30. The SAIL.r Discounted Route requires 45. You can review or enter the jnrUSD route, subject to the provider's terms and capacity. You need four more score points before meeting the SAIL.r score requirement.
Example 4
Activity increases after scoring. Your current Amy Score is 41. You add several supported positions and become more active during the month. Your current score remains 41 until the next monthly review. The new activity can contribute to your next score.
Example 5
Falling below Bronze. Your score is 41 and you already have an active route. Your AMY balance later drops below Bronze. You can still view and manage the existing route. You cannot enter another Score-gated route until Bronze level is restored. Your current score remains visible for the current scoring period but may expire instead of refreshing at the next review.
Example 6
Conviction badge. Your monthly Amy Score is 62. This qualifies for the 5× Conviction multiplier. The badge is assigned for the following month and remains active for the full month, contributing to your hourly Amy Points rate.
