Everything you need to know about Amy.
Amy is a consumer app for dashboards, rewards, access, education and payment request workflows.
Amy On Bera Ltd is a UK software company. Amy provides the interface, dashboards, account tools, rewards systems, education, access workflows, request pages, routing and reporting.
Where payment or on-ramp features are available, third-party providers handle the regulated parts — payment processing, KYC, settlement and related checks. These providers are disclosed separately.
These FAQs cover the basics. For more detail on providers, risks and terms, see the other pages in this section.
1. What is Amy?
Amy is a consumer web app that helps you manage your account, track rewards, enter raffles, explore access opportunities and request or send payments — all from one place.
Think of Amy as your dashboard for rewards, access and payment tools.
Amy On Bera Ltd is the UK software company that builds and runs the app.
Amy is not a bank, exchange, broker, custodian, lender, investment manager or financial adviser.
2. What can I do with Amy?
Amy gives you several tools in one place:
Portfolio — see your account activity and connected positions in a cleaner view
Rewards — earn, track and spend Amy Points, unlock badges and climb the leaderboard
Raffles — use Amy Points to enter raffles for prizes where raffles are active
Pay & Get Paid — request or send payments using supported payment rails where enabled
Earn — browse curated Earn pages and partner product information
Access Programmes — explore eligibility-based access routes to partner opportunities
New features are added over time.
3. Do I need to hold AMY to use Amy?
No. You can create an account, verify your email, complete quests, earn starter points and enter raffles without holding any AMY.
Holding 300 or more AMY unlocks additional features such as ongoing hourly point earning, badge multiplier activation, leaderboard visibility and referral code activation.
4. How do I get started?
Create an Amy account using your email or a supported login method.
Verify your email address.
Complete starter quests to earn your first Amy Points.
Enter a referral code if you have one.
Explore the app — enter a raffle, browse the Earn page or customise your profile.
When you are ready to unlock more features, connect a wallet holding 300+ AMY.
5. Is Amy free?
Creating an account and using most Amy features is free.
Some features involve third-party providers who charge their own fees. For example, using a supported on-ramp provider or a future payment provider may involve transaction fees charged by that provider.
Amy may earn a small service fee on certain provider transactions. Where applicable, this is disclosed as part of the fee breakdown shown before you confirm.
6. Is my money safe with Amy?
Amy does not hold, control or custody customer funds at any point.
When you use a payment or on-ramp feature, you are interacting directly with the relevant third-party provider. Amy provides the interface and routing layer but does not touch your funds.
Your connected wallet is separate from Amy. Amy cannot access, move or control assets in your wallet.
Amy is not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). Your wallet assets and any funds held by third-party providers are not protected by UK deposit insurance through Amy.
7. How does Pay & Get Paid work?
Amy's Pay & Get Paid feature lets you request or send payments using supported payment rails where those features are enabled.
Receive to wallet (USDC) — where supported:
You create a payment request. The payer completes payment through a supported provider flow. The supported asset is sent to the recipient wallet shown in the payment request, subject to provider approval and availability.
Receive to bank (GBP, EUR, USD) — planned future feature:
Support for receiving payments directly to a UK, EU or US bank account is being explored. Details will be added when a provider is confirmed.
In all cases, Amy provides the request page, routing and dashboard. The third-party provider handles the payment processing, KYC and settlement.
The person requesting payment may pay a small service fee. The fee is shown before you create the request so you know exactly what you will receive.
8. What are Amy Points?
Amy Points are in-app rewards you can earn, save and spend inside Amy.
They are tied to your Amy wallet, not traded like a token, and used only inside Amy.
You can use Amy Points to enter raffles, unlock profile customisation, build leaderboard status and access future Amy features where those features are active.
Amy Points are not a token. They cannot be transferred, traded or sold.
For full details, see the Amy Points guide in the Rewards & Community section of the docs.
9. How do raffles work?
Amy Raffles are a community rewards feature. Where raffles are active, users redeem Amy Points for entries into promotional prize draws. Ticket costs are shown per raffle before you enter.
Raffle prizes may include AMY, NFTs, subscriptions, campaign rewards or partner-provided prizes, as described for each raffle.
There is no purchase required to enter. Amy Points are earned through app participation, not purchased. New users can earn starter Points through free activities such as quests and referrals, and those Points can be used for raffle entries without any payment or AMY holding requirement.
Amy Points have no cash value. They cannot be transferred, traded, sold, withdrawn or redeemed for money or crypto.
Raffle entries are final once confirmed. Winners are selected according to the rules posted with each raffle. There is no guaranteed outcome, and raffle participation is not an investment.
You do not need to hold AMY to enter raffles if you have Amy Points from quests, referrals or other eligible Amy activity.
10. Can I buy Amy Points?
No. Amy Points cannot be purchased.
Amy Points are earned through eligible Amy activity, such as quests, referrals, check-ins, hourly earning and other reward features where available.
Amy Points are not a token. They cannot be transferred, traded, sold, withdrawn or redeemed for money or crypto. They are used only inside Amy for supported in-app features such as raffles and profile customisation.
11. What wallets work with Amy?
Amy supports wallet connections that allow the app to read your balance, positions and activity for rewards, badges and leaderboard features.
Amy cannot access, move or control assets in your connected wallet. The wallet connection is read-only for dashboard and rewards purposes.
If you switch wallets, your Amy Points, badges and raffle entries stay with your original wallet. They do not automatically move.
12. Who are MoonPay and the other providers mentioned in the app?
MoonPay and any other named providers are third-party companies that may handle specific regulated services where their integration is active, such as:
- Payment processing
- KYC and identity verification
- Anti-money-laundering checks
- Card payment processing
- Settlement and payout delivery
- Country and sanctions screening
Where enabled, Amy integrates these providers into the app so you can use their services through Amy's interface. Amy is not the provider of these services.
Each provider operates under its own terms, licences and regulatory obligations. See Provider Disclosures for more detail.
13. Is Amy available in my country?
Amy is currently operated from the United Kingdom and is initially focused on UK users, with selected features available in other countries depending on provider support.
14. Does Amy provide financial advice?
No. Amy is a software application. It does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
Any information shown in the app — including Earn page content, partner products, raffle prizes or access programme details — is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or take any particular action.
You should make your own decisions and, if needed, consult a qualified professional.
15. How do I contact Amy support?
Use the in-app support option or email theteam@amyonbera.com.
We aim to respond within 5 business days. For issues related to specific providers — such as a MoonPay transaction — you may be directed to the provider's support team as they handle the underlying service.
